Eugene Parrs manages the tax, estate planning, and corporate matters for the firm. Mr. Parrs, who has more than 30 years experience, practiced for many years in Rochester, New York, where he was the senior tax partner in a large firm. In 1993, he began his own practice and, in 1998, established the firm of Parrs & Perotto, LLP. He handles several hundred qualified retirement plans for his clients, including plan maintenance, IRS and DOL audits, and dealing with plans as part of business mergers and acquisitions.
